Directions:
Shimmer Powders:
For use as eye shadow: Using eye shadow brush, dip into shimmer powder, tap off excess and dab desired color onto eye lids. Works great with the eye primer.
For use as eye liner: Dip small liner brush with water and then into powder.
For use as nail polish: Dip clear nail polish into powder and brush onto nails.
For use as lip color: Dip lip balm, Vaseline, or chapstick into color and mix well.
For use as blush/bronzer: Dip brush into desired color and apply to cheek bones.
Eye Primer: Using fingers or brush apply a thin layer of Eye Primer all over eye lids up to the brow before applying eye shadow.
Eye Shadow Brush: Use to apply eye shadow.
